5 Day Perth to Exmouth Safari

ITINERARY

Day 1 - Perth to Kalbarri NP

We begin our adventure early, travelling north through the fascinating landscape of the Nambung National Park and checking out the famous Pinnacles before heading to the historic coastal fishing town of Dongara for lunch. We continue onto Kalbarri National Park to explore the spectacular layered sandstone coastal gorges and to witness the pounding Indian Ocean. Overnight camp in Kalbarri. (LD)

Day 2 - Kalbarri NP to Monkey Mia

Up bright and early, we head to picturesque Murchison River Gorge to visit Natures Window, The Loop and stretch our legs with a hike into the beautiful Z Bend Gorge where we may get time for a refreshing swim. After lunch we continue on to the Shark Bay World Heritage area and Monkey Mia for a chance to meet the friendly wild dolphins. Overnight at Monkey Mia Resort. (BLD)

 

 

 

Day 3 - Monkey Mia to Coral Bay

Wake up to the dolphins and pelicans waiting to be fed at Monkey Mia, with the option of a morning sail on a luxury catamaran. Heading out of Shark Bay we walk down to the unique Shell Beach and then visit the stromatolites - the oldest living organisms in the world! After lunch we head to the ocean playground of Coral Bay via Canarvon. Overnight at Coral Bay. (BLD)

Day 4 - Coral Bay

The entire day is spent snorkelling the famous Ningaloo Reef accessible from Coral Bay's white sandy beach. Alternatively, you can choose one of the many optional activities including quad biking, coral viewing cruises and scuba diving. Overnight at Coral Bay. (BLD)

Day 5 - Coral Bay to Exmouth

Today we explore the Cape Range National Park. Hike around the red rock walls of the gorge for stunning views at Yardie Creek and take a dip or relax on the beach at picturesque Turquoise Bay before arriving into Exmouth. (BL)
