Itinerary will change from Dec to Apr with the closure of the Gibb River Road & the Bungle Bungles. Attractions will be substituted with others of interest.

ITINERARY
Day 1 - Broome to Windjana Gorge
We begin our adventure travelling from Broome to Derby to visit the famous Boab Prison Tree. Then we tackle the punishing Gibb River Road on our way to Tunnel Creek to wade through the icy underground stream and explore ancient limestone caves. We view the abundant wildlife of Windjana Gorge, including freshwater crocodiles and explore the 350 million year old fossilised reef wall rising 90 metres above the riverbed before settling into our overnight campsite in Windjana Gorge National Park. Day 2 - Gibb River Road and Gorges
We experience the splendour of the King Leopold Range before hiking into picturesque Bell Gorge for a refreshing swim. Overnight bush camp. (BLD)
Day 3 - Gibb River Road and Gorges
A great day of swimming and hiking as we explore some of the Kimberley's striking gorges - maybe Barnett, Manning, Adcock or Galvans depending on the time of year. Overnight bush camp. (BLD)
Day 4 - Gibb River Road to Parry Farm
We continue along the rugged Gibb River Road, travelling through some ancient and spectacular gorges before crossing the Pentecost River and heading to the famous El Questro Station. We walk into the beautiful Cockburn Ranges for a swim under the waterfall at Emma Gorge. We call in at Wyndham and the Five Rivers Lookout before heading to our overnight camp at Diggers Rest Cattle Station or the bird watchers paradise of Parry Farm. (BLD)
Day 5 - Parry Farm to Bungle Bungles
We stop at the bird watchers paradise of Marlgu Billabong, then admire the awesome scenery of the Carr Boyd and Durack Ranges as we head to Turkey Creek. Next it's time to buckle up and hold on for the challenging 4WD trip into the Bungle Bungle (Purnululu) National Park for sunset over the Osmond Ranges and our overnight bush camp. (BLD)
Day 6 - Bungle Bungles
We spend a full day exploring the unusual rock formations of the Bungle Bungles Ranges, visiting the unique Frog Hole, the breathtaking Echidna Chasm and the magnificent Cathedral Gorge. We have time for an optional scenic helicopter flight (at own expense) over the Bungles before heading to our overnight bush camp. (BLD)

Day 8 - Lake Argyle to Darwin
We head out of Western Australia through the historic town of Timber Creek enjoying the views of the Victoria River escarpment and the picturesque Gregory National Park. We call in at Katherine for lunch and one last swim before continuing on to Darwin We arrive in the late afternoon, our adventure complete! (BL)
